The laboratory is a supporting facility in student practical activities. The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University Malang has several laboratories which are managed by the university. These laboratories are jointly utilized by several study programs that provide related subjects. Some courses require practicum students and learning is carried out in the laboratory.

Biology laboratories have the objectives and functions as educational laboratories and research laboratories that will apply and develop theories and concepts in the field of biology and other related fields.
The chemical laboratory which includes the Laboratory for Basic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Biochemistry is an important facility for education, research, service, and quality control. With these four functions, it is clear that the existence of a Chemistry Laboratory in Higher Education (PT) is very vital, especially for universities that have exact faculties. This is to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes education, research, and community service.
The Multimedia Language Laboratory is an audio-visual language laboratory equipped with a computer and has multiple facilities/functions in language teaching. This Multimedia Laboratory is intended to provide a means of intensive development of language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Language learning activities in this laboratory are also intended to provide opportunities for students to learn language individually or in groups according to the level of proficiency of their language learning.
In order to support the smoothness of the teaching and learning process, The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University Malang also provides a computer laboratory. This lab has more than 50 computers with software applications and is connected to the internet network.
Micro Teaching Laboratory is a means to develop three dimensions of teaching competence, namely (1) performance skills, (2) cognitive processes, and (3) affective learning. Performance skills emphasize efforts to improve students' practical skills to be able to manage classes effectively through mastery of teaching skills. Cognitive processes emphasize the development of cognitive abilities at various levels, while affective learning further enhances the sensitivity which is reflected through the teachers' attitudes. These three dimensions are trained in practice for students when they take the Micro Teaching Course (Field Practice I) on campus.
The drama laboratory is one of the laboratories within The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University Malang. This laboratory was built and started in 1996 especially to support Dramatic Appreciation learning practices, oratory motion, Dramatic Directing, Planning, and Performance.
