Tale is a kind of oral tradition which has an important role in the growth period ahlak children. Because there is an element of entertainment in a fairy tale besides education. Noble messages are expected to be able to take the kids on the nature of everyday life better.

Existence''entertainment appliances such as TV, VCD, and cause the role of storyteller Playsation become paralyzed,''said Ayu Sutarto. He mentioned the progress of these technologies form a mental ecstasy was in the children. Mental ecstasy''is apparently formed personality upside down on the kids themselves,''said this Unej lecturer at the Faculty of Letters.

Its purpose is to present children as proud if done incorrectly. ''They seemed not to feel guilty if you make a mistake,''he added. This thought caused some characters in the stories featuring the figure of foreign criminals who have kekusaan. Thus it is possible villains in the story actually beat the figures who defend the truth.

''That can be represented in the character of the existing characters in the story,''he added.

Through the simulation of concrete conflicts in the story, children can be established a moral considerations. Furthermore, at higher stages it can be effectively enhanced and stimulated.

Meanwhile Tengsoe Tjahjono said one cause of the loss of traditional stories from the hearts of children is the lack of parents tell stories to his children. Yet not once during the development of technology semaju now, storytelling as a culture among the elderly. Already a kebiasaam for parents to read a story Si Kancil, or Cucumber Mas before her son to sleep. Although the stories in the fictional tale, but the resulting impression could create a fantasy child resources. ''As a result children become very fond of fairy tales and fantasy stories,''he said.

In addition tale also serves as a means of 'odyssey' children. For the hearing fairy tales, fantasy and imagination will wander appropriate child in a fairy tale story line. It was then that usually elements of moral education and guidance can be 'infiltrated' in the minds of children who always owned properties anak.Beberapa figures defenders of truth in the story is honest, loving, fair, and friendly. The properties are rarely found in modern stories generally come from abroad. Because these elements are often defeated by fabtasi strength and supernatural power that actually makes children become forgotten in the act of mutual love and respect others. (Yus)
