PUHA ( Pengarusutamaan Hak Anak - Mainstreaming Children's Rights) as a strategy is deemed capable of ensuring that the making of laws, policies, programs and activities will be aligned to the budget following the fulfillment of child rights principles. PUHA intended here is to make the fulfillment of the rights of children as the primary consideration of the decision makers and planners of national, provincial and district / city. When this is done, it is expected that the concern about the rights of children will increase and then the fulfillment of their rights as fellow citizens will also deliver faster and more secure.
